20% payment with the commission.

80% payment prior to despatch.

Cancellation

In the case of cancellation any time after commission and prior to despatch then the upfront payment will be forfeit.

Despatch

I will provide a digital photograph of the painting prior to despatch or collection. The painting will be despatched or can be collected on receipt of your acceptance by final payment.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the painting, as seen, then you can return it within 10 days and I will refund the 80% of the total payment within 5 working days of receipt of the returned painting.

Return

If you are not  satisfied with the painting then the return postage is your responsibility.

Copyright

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have copyright on all the digital images provided for painting. I retain copyright of the finished product.
