Works of art are always subjective and there is
no guarantee that you, or the recipient will like the end product. I guess
you have chosen me because you like something I have produced in the
past. So that is a step in the right direction. To ensure the best result, I undertake to maintain contact with you throughout the painting process and respond to your feedback. If you want additional features then we may have to renegotiate the price. I will only despatch a painting with your approval by virtue of your final payment. If however, on receipt or collection of the finished painting you are not satisfied then you can return it to me within 10 days and I will refund 80% of your total payment within 5 working days. |
